Hi,
I have a strange problem. For some reason the System32 windows keeps
popping up whenever I start up my computer. It's really annoying and I'd
like for it to go away. Does anyone know how I can do this?

Take a look at this Microsoft article:

System32 Folder Opens When Logging on to Windows XP, Windows
2000, or Windows NT 4.0

To start the Registry Editor, go to Start -> Run and enter
regedit.exe in the Open box. Click OK.

Good luck

This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by
an incomplete program removal, in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys. It can also
be caused by an entry in these same keys that starts with a " / ."
