system32 folder

My win2000 server has has the permissions removed from the
system32 folder. As the admin I could not access the
folder security settings. Now after reboot, the system
will not let me log on. Any ideas?

That was a very silly thing to do. Can you access this machine over the
network and reset the permissions to what they should be?
