System32 folder opens on reboot

Every time I change users on my PC, the System32 folder
opens automatically, for ANY user. I went to a news group
yesterday where I was told to delete the command from the
registry under the User information for all users, which I
did, and it worked fine, until I rebooted. Now it's
back. Any suggestions?

Do you have a Creative Labs sound card? If so there is an issue with it.
Some MVP's in here have a fix or check Creative labs website.
