System32 folder

Every time I login to XP, the System32 folder opens
automotically. I have 2 users registered on my PC and it
happens under BOTH names. I went into the registry and
deleted the command for both users and it quit happening,
until I rebooted - now the System32 folder is opening
automatically again. Any suggestions?
