My system32 file opens at start-up and I close it and it opens again and I
close it again and then that's it. I tried the tweak from Kelly's Korner and
when i run the fis it says expected value not found. What's causing this and
how do I stop it?

This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by
an incomplete program removal, in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys. It can also
be caused by an entry in these same keys that starts with a " / ."
