Anyone know where i can find a copy or send me a copy to
my email of system32.exe ... either that or tell me how
stop a system message of "windows cannot
find 'c:\windows\system32\system32.exe. make sure you
typed the name correctly, and then try again"

Greetings --

You really don't want to get that file back. It's part of several
well-known viruses/worms. It is *not* a valid Windows file. Pay
particular attention to _all_ of the removal instructions:

W32.Kwbot.C.Worm
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.kwbot.c.worm.html

Additionally, MS-MVP Doug Knox has kindly scripted a tool that
should help:

You certainly don't want anyone to send you a copy of system32.exe, because
it is either a virus or a worm. You should run a virus scan on your system
as soon as possible.

There is no new copy, that is not a real Windows file. If you were to put it
back on your system you would have the virus again. What it sounds like you
need to do is check your startup list and remove it's entry from there;
check in your registry under:

hkey_local_machine/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run

hkey_local_machine/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/runonce

I would suggest that you do a complete virus scan on your system and
also check for trojan programs.
