Everytime i boot up i get a error message, saying
"system32.exe file could not be found, i click the ok
button to find that this error has no affect on the
computer.
How do i fix this problem or get rid of the error message?

System32.exe is a virus file.

Remove remnants of KWBot.Worm from the Registry and File System
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts_desc/xp_clean_kwbot.htm

Note: You'll have to disable your antivirus program before running the repair.
