Your machine is infested with Viral infection, try to scan for both malware
and viruses, then download the Autoruns from MS website and remove the entry
from start up and the registry Keys, also Hijackthis will list the entry too.

Go through these Cleaning steps:
1... First, try to clean up your caches, Internet files and delete cookies
by doing this:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Taps:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Then click on Advanced tab and scroll down to under the Browsing Option:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) uncheck this box.
Then click on Programs Tab and click Manage Add-Ons and Disable all non
Verified Add-Ons (You should Renable them later one-by-one and see the
culprit and update it or remove it.
How to manage Add-Ons:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883256
Scan for malware from here:
Spybot Search & Destroy
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html

Run a scan from here on-line:
http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/default.asp?langid=ie&venid=sym
http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/virusinfo/scan.aspx
Download Avast Cleaner (offline scanner) from here:
http://www.avast.com/eng/avast-virus-cleaner.html
Lots of tools to download and disinfect your machine (offline scanner):
http://www.bitdefender.co.uk/site/Downloads/browseFreeRemovalTool/

After the scan run disk cleanup on your drive.

2- Download the Hijackthis and send the report to one of many
forums for analysis and troubleshooting:
http://www.merijn.org/index.php
When all else fails, HijackThis v2.0.2
(http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis) is
the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. Post
your log to http://aumha.net/viewforum.php?f=30,
http://castlecops.com/forum67.html,
http://forums.subratam.org/index.php?showforum=7, or other appropriate
forums for expert analysis, not here.
Any error message, have a look in the event viewer and post them here.

A Google Groups search showed no mention of that file, other than your
post. That suggests that some malware was removed, but the reference to
the file was not removed from the registry.

Click Start, Run, type REGEDIT, click OK. Press the Home key, press F3,
type the name of the file into the search pane. Click "Find Next", and
when located, delete the reference to the file. Press F3 to continue
the search.

You can click File, Export, and save the entry to the Desktop. If you
remove it and there's a problem, double-click the .reg file you exported
to the Desktop and it'll be added to the registry again. You can create
a restore point before editing the registry too.

This is a good thing. That file is virus or malware. This means your
A/V software is working.

What's happened is that your anti-virus software identified and deleted the
file. but left behind the registry reference that tries to lauch it. .
Can anyone help? Is there a way to get rid of this frustrating message? I

Open MSCONFIG (start, run, msconfig) and identify the line referring to that
DLL. Then use Regedit or Explorer to delete the reference, depending on
where msconfig shows the entry.

Once you have deleted the entry, that message should never reappear.

You won't find the name on Google because it's possibly unique to your
system.

It's a semi-random name generated by a virus. It's a common tactic to
prevent easy identification against simple lists of names, though if you
actually look at the names, it's clear that these shouldn't be there.
Sometimes, however, they are also set to system and hidden, so you can't so
easily see them.

I am using vista home premium.

I am getting a lot of rundll messages

as advised here, I downloaded spybot and deleted plenty of malwares.
however I cant not open any windows explorer folders. whenever I try to open
my music, pictures, control panel or any folder via the start menu or by
double clicking the folders on the desktop, they open and then just closes
themselves.

I can not reinstall my Norton AV as I can not open control panel or any
folders.

can not delete any function that is not authorised and I found them in the
msconfig as cant open any folder.

Also my IE7 is playing havoc.

Situation is bit getting out of hand and I am very stressed. Please help

You should probably post to a Vista group, and/or a virus group.

That said, try one of these Virus Removal Tools, if you're able to
access them:

Avast! One tool for any current malware

Symantec Virus Removal Tools

F-Secure Virus Removal Tools
