System32/dnserror

Hi i am currently having a few problems in surfing selected websites, the
problem that i am currently having is that curtain images on webpages
sometimes don't always show and inplace of the image i would get, The page
cannot be displayed message, when i have right clicked i get this path
message below.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem may possibly be i am sure it has
something do with system32 settings.

www.atdmt.com is a marketing website, probably targeting you with ads, and
it could be that some setting is blocking the page from being shown
