system32\config\* Missing or corrupt, No Repair

hey guys. I can't repair my windows\system32\config\ files and for some odd
reason, nothing works. No repairs, no expansion of files, nothing. I have
installed a secondary windows installation in \win32 but that was just to
help fix it, and it doesn't work copying from there either.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Have you tried extracting the 'System State' files from a SR snapshot, as
said in the MS article? If nothing helps, try a repair installation:
