I downloaded the newest patch (a real one, from the
Microsoft website, not that fake spam one) and ever since
my system has been incredibly slow. I'm running a
Pentium 4 on a brand new Dell laptop, so it's not my
system. Any idea what's going on? The only other "new"
app is the Google desktop toolbar, but I don't think that
could do anything.
When I mean slow, I mean it takes five seconds after
I "click" something, and my mouse takes awhile to react.
I feel like I'm running an old 286. I've got all
firewall/anti-virus up-to-date, so it's nothing like that
either. If you could send me a note to
