System Tray

Lately not all the programs that are suppose to be in the
system tray are showing up. I check with cntrl-alt-del
and it shows that they are running, but they don't show
up in the system tray. Can anybody shed any light on
this?

The Icons MAY or MAY NOT appear in the Notification area(System Tray).
This may occur when "explorer.exe" restart due to an error.

Ok... and is there a solution to it ?

After they are gone due to an "explorer restart", re-logging on puts the
icons back there.
