System tray windows pop-up message

The Windows Vista Home Premium Edition

Whenever I turn on my laptop, a system tray pop-up message appears as

(Windows has blocked some start-up programs)

How can I remove this pop-up?

Click on the pop up to see which programs were blocked, then uninstall them
or look for Vista compatible versions or updates.

I'm waiting for SP1. The pop-up being blocked is because it's a prived
startup and Vista can't deal with it. In this regard Vista is buggy.
