System Summary

Can someone assist me in determing why I can't view any
information regarding the status of of my system. When I
go into system information to nothing shows when I click
on the various categories. When I click summary summary it
shows "Can't collect information. I am running XP Home

Just a hunch , but I would do a current antivirus scan.

Never mind. I thought your computer was the one who said "I am running XP
Home."
