System Standby Failed

Nab

I installed XP today in a new PC and all went well. System
went on standby although Adobe Manager was installed and
running.
I then was prompted to update and installed 9 Windows
updates and two driver updates after which I started
getting the following message:
QUOTE
System Standby Failed
The device driver for the standard 101/102 key or
microsoft natural PS/2 keyboard device is preventing the
machine from entering standby. Please close all
applications and try again.
UNQUOTE
I uninstalled Adobe Manager as suggested by MicroSoft
trouble-shooting but no results. HELP PLEASE

Please state in Detail what problems you were having that needed updated
files to fix your existing problem?
