SYSTEM SHUTTING DOWN

I'm runing win-XP on my system..
when I'm loging to the internet, sometimes(quite often) I'm recieveing a
message something like "RPC call initiated by NT Authority System--- system
will shutdown"...
and my system is shutting down.. NOTE this is happening only when I'm using
the internet.. else its working fine.. PLEASE suggest what to do to solve
this..
