Issue with System Shutting Down every 20 minutes

I have an HP w. Windows XP. I just got a zoomtown DSL
line and now the pc automatically shuts down about every
20 minutes. The error says- system shutdown initiated by
NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM. RPC (remote procedure call) Service
Terminated. Anyone know how to fix this so it does not
keep shutting down?
