System shuting down

I am receiving a Shut Down message about every 15 minutes
and the computer shuts down and restarts. The message
stated that the system will automatically shut down and
restart in 60 seconds. I have shut it down myself and
unplugged it. When I turned the computer back on it does
the same thing. Can anyone help me. Thanks

***GO OFFLINE TO HAVE TIME TO DO THIS. IF YOU HAVE CABLE
MODEM, COPY AND PASTE THIS MESSAGE TO YOUR CLIPBOARD,
UNPLUG MODEM, AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS****

Unfortunatley, I did a destructive restore before I was
able to solve this problem. Do not do it! Fix your
network connection first! I wish I had.

The computer is trying to protect itself from hacking. Go
to CONTROL PANEL. Go to NETWORK CONNECTIONS. Click on the
one you use, go to left panel(Network Tasks) and select
CHANGE SETTINGS OF THIS CONNECTION. Click on the ADVANCED
tab, and put a check in the box : "PROTECT MY COMPUTER
AND NETWORK BY LIMITING OR PREVENTING ACCESS TO THIS
COMPUTER FROM THE INTERNET"

Mike Kolitz, MVP has information on his website with the instructions
on what to do if you encounter this new Worm.

*Warning*
Installing the Windows Update patch for this vulnerability will not remove
the worm from an infected system This will only protect you from any new
infections.
