Whenever I shut down my computer, I used to get a window indicating

"Turn of computer" - it had 3 icons (hibernate, shut down and restart)

Recently I installed Norton Ghost and thing got changed. I have since
un-instlled norton ghost, but the change is still there. Now when I shut down
my computer I get

- "Sut sown Menu" - it has a pull down menu with all options.

My question is how can I ge back to my old setup?

Thank you very much for all the help.

Not necessary, Bert. :o)

I do not find any solution to my problem in Kelly's corner.

What Bert is suggesting is system restore. I am trying to find a better
method (this method will remove all other items installed after the last
restore point)

any suggestions?

Hello Keyy

Thank you very much for your reply. I do not understand the links you sent.
I do NOT have problem with outlook express, just system shut down.

I am a beginner and hence, do not know much.

I tried to use one of your links and came right back to your posting.

Thanks
