system shutdown message

i keep getting system shutdown error message on xp when i
go into internet. Then gives me 60secs and shuts down.
What can i do??

Since you are not running a firewall, you have not updated windows in a long
time, and you are not using an antivirus program, you are infected with
either the Balster or the Sasser worm. Your machine can be repaired, but
the root cause is your lack of computer security.
