System Shutdown Dialogue Box

This happens, usually when I'm on the internet. A process called lsass.exe
(and a different one I can't remember) end, and then a dialogue box comes up
saying something like "a vital process has ended, this will result in an
automatic shutdown in 1 minute. Automatic Shutdown issued by NT
AUTHORITY/SYSTEM". Then it shuts down. Is there any way I can keep this from
happening?

I downloaded that Security Task Manager, and found some programs that I
didn't want, but it didn't help my main problem. I got what it said this
time: "The system process C:/SYSTEM/Windows/System32/lsass.exe terminated
unexpectedly with status code 0. The system will now restart. Can anyone help
me? Damn, it just popped up again. Please help!

It didn't help. It still pops up and says The system process
C:/Windows/system32/lsass.exe terminated unexpectedly with status code 0.
System will now restart.
