system serious error

my computer keeps shutting completely off (prior to shutting off I get a
system error that says Windows has encountered a serious error (there's alot
of technical data that follows) Does anyone know why this keeps happening.
I have Windows XP
 
Ted, I wrote down the info. Here it is:
c:\docume~1\susan\locals~1\temp\WERdc92.dir00\mini103105-02.dmp and another
that is the same as above but ends in 92.dir00\sysdata.xml
