System Security and Repair Console

Does anyone know if you can reset the security on a hard
drive from the recovery console. I removed the everyone
group from the security tab and left the user and
administrator with full control of the drive and now the
machine will not let me access the drive from windows or
safe mode or even when I put the drive in another machine
and try to access it.

Please help

I would use Last Known Good from F8 boot options to restore to the last
successful boot config. If that doesn't work, boot to safe mode and run
System Restore.
