System Restore

windows xp HP computer wont do anything. Have tried to go to system restore
but it just freezes and does nothing. Winfixer downloaded itself while I was
on the internet. Have tried various things but it does not allow me to get
into my computer, system restore or any of the programs that are installed.
Thought about doing a Fdisk but dont have any of the relevant disks to reload
..

Can you access in Safe Mode? If not is your keyboard and mouse wired or
wireless?

Hi, Kylie,
Your problem sounds very familiar. My troubles began with the installation
of the very latest version of Spy Sweeper. Things went from bad to worse. I
have completely gotten rid of Spy Sweeper, and I don't intend to install it
again. If you are using Spy Sweeper and can get into Safe Mode, try
uninstalling Spy Sweeper and rebooting your pc. I hope this is of help to
you.
