System Restore

Won't restore to any restore points unless in safe mode.
Any ideas please?
 
Turn off restore, restart, turn it back on. You will lose all old points.

Correct. Any time your AntiV program see something it doesn't like it
disables the System Restore. Resetting System Restore On/Off is the only way
to activate it again. Crazy but true.
