SYSTEM RESTORE

I emptied out my recycling bin and I would like to system
restore to get those files back. but I can't restore my
system. There is no error message or anything it just
says it is unable to restore. Is there a way to get those
files back? I really need those files. Thanks a million to
those that are helping.

Once they are deleted out of the recycle bin they are
history.

Not necessarily true!! If you have access to Norton's
Systemworks, you can run utilities from the disc and use
the "Unerase Wizard" to recover deleted files. If not,
do a search for "file recovery" programs. Some may offer
trial versions to try.
