System Restore

Hello,

I am running windows xp/sp2. I would like to us my system restore, however,
I have tried to locate it in several places but have been unsuccessful in
dong so. I have looked in the System Tools, My Computer Propertise, and no
System restore to be found. I have also tried to run the Help and Support and
I get a error msg helpcrt.exe could not be found, I have press the F1 Key and
got the same error msg helpcrt.exe.

It appears to me that the right to restore the system access has been taken
away.

Does the SR screen appear if you type the following from Start>Run:

%SystemRoot%\System32\restore\rstrui.exe
