Does system restore -- restore the changes that you have made in the BIOS by
upgrading it?
 
Hi,

No, System Restore is internal to Windows itself and has nothing to do with
the BIOS. If you flashed it, most of the programs now provide for a backup
of the original - check with the motherboard manufacturer to see if this was
part of your flash utility.
