System Restore soes not start. There is no error message,
only no response. I tried everything possible.
How can I restore the function?

line 278 left side and 289 right side run 289 first it
will restore your restore services ,then run 278 it
will repair it so it will run again. Kelly is an
microsoft MVP and runs the site,you may want to look over
the rest of the tweaks and fixes.
