system restore

I would like to use the system restore but there are never
any restore points available. Is there some way to have XP
occasionally set a system restore point?
 
Hi

The default time for creating checkpoints is 24 hours. Have you got any
background programs running - such as Seti@home - these will stop the
checkpoints being created?
