system restore

system restore will not open up I have tried renaming the srrstr file but
this does not work any other suggestions thanks

I have nortons updated and ms antispy updated
 
Hi

Try re-installing System Restore. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the
windows\inf folder, then after finding the sr.inf file, right click on it
and select Install
