System Restore Tab

Have Installed Registrybot, there now doesn't appear to be a system restore
tab. When I attempt to run system restore from the help and support screen, I
get the following message System Restore is not able to protect your
computer, restart your computer and try again. This message re appears after
the restart. Any help would be great.

Registry cleaners are not reccommended, unless you know *exactly* what your
doing.
MS has stated a reg.cleaner does not enhance/speed up any winxp functions
If you must use one, try ccleaner.
As it is uninstall it, either its in conflict with your sys, or in running
it you buggered up your sys/registry

How to reinstall System Restore in Windows XP?:

Note that the documented method erases all the existing restore points.
