I was having a few problems with my system and I found it was a bad display
driver. I installed the new driver and at this point everything seems to be
fine with my system. Can I create a System Restore point now, and
restore it a month down the road, if need be???

Thanks,
James

You can create a Restore point, now, but in a month, it may be flushed out. The System Restore points are stored in a "first in, first out" basis. Old points are flushed out to make room for new ones. If you need to go back to a specific point in time, regardless of how much time has elapsed, look into programs such as Image for Windows, or other imaging software.

How 'bout Norton Goback?

James;
Norton Go-Back is more comprehensive in what data is protected but old
data is still flushed similar to System Restore.

I've never used it, so can't vouch for its effectiveness or reliability.

There's so much image software out there it's hard to choose.
Thanks for the tips, it's appreciated.

I agree, James. Personally, I like products from Terabyte Unlimited (Image for Windows and others). They're very well priced, compared to the competition, updates and fixes are frequent (drive compatibility and the like, for the most part) and you don't wait forever for support.
