Please help me .I am having problems with the date
storage for system restore .I can use system restore ok
but when I try restore my computer to an earlier time the
calendar does not have any bold dates shown and it will
not go back to previous months either . My restore
settings are set to maximum , so I cannot see why the
bold dates are not showing up .I can only restore on the
day I have set the date on , which is usless .Any help in
this matter is greatly appriciated .

unless you have created a restore point you
cant.......though when you load software i believe that a
restore point is created for you

I assume that you have enabled the system restore feature? And that you
have dedicated enough disk space to accomodate storage? I ran into a
problem where the drive was too small, and there wasn't enough free
space left on it to keep more than one restore. Perhaps this will help.

Try to reset SR:
1) Right-click My Computer on Descktop and select
Properties.
2) Select the System Restore tab.
3) Disable System Restore and Apply changes.
4) Most of the files should now be deleted. (If not re-
boot the machine)
5) Re-enable System Restore by following the first 2 steps
above.

NOTE: The above will delete all previous existing Restore
Points.

Hope this helps!
