System Restore

Im having a problem restoring my system to an earlier date every time i try it
it says it was unable to restore to date try an earlier date.
ive tried almost all the restore points and got the same for all of them,
please help..

Command prompt in Windows XP) for a detailed guide on this

If you can post back why you are attempting a System Restore, we can try to
help you to fix a problem without relying on System Restore
