System Restore prob.

I recently installed Norton Go Back aspart of Norton System Works 2005.

I tried a "system restore" and got this message: "system cannot be
restored."

"Go Back" says it can run with "system restore" in Win XP pro.

Do I have to disable or uninstall "go Back" in order to run "System
Restore"?

The "go back" program worked just fine, but took much longer than
"system restore".

Any clues??????

You've asked this before and it was answered. My question to you is
why would you want to run both Go Back and system restore?

You may need to go to Control Panel - System - System restore, check
Disable, OK out reboot and enable it again. GoBack seems to turn it off
- but the two are complementary, SR being a short term matter for
putting the system arights after troubles

Where are you getting the information that GoBack turns off System Restore?
I've been running them for quite a while and never seen that happen.
