System Restore Issues

I recently performed a System Restore to clear up activation issues. Upon
completion, it placed my previous data into an "Old Data" folder. I was able
to accss most of my folders and files within the "Old Data" folder. However,
one user account was previously marked "private". Now, that folder is
unaccessable, and even though there is now only one user account on my
system, it won't allow any changes to its status. Any suggetstions on how to
get this folder unprivatized???????

In XP Home you have to boot in safe mode to see the security tab. In XP Pro
you have to disable simple file sharing.
