System restore for windows 2000?

Is there such a thing as system restore on windows 2000,
and if so how do I do it? I tried to do what I did on 98
and ME but could not find it. I even tried the help
search index and only found "system recovery". I don't
want to nuke my entire system, just get rid of some recent
quirks.

There is no System Restore, there is no uPnP in Win2K.
