system restore disappeared

systemresore has disappeared, i did a file search, then i went to the
restoration cd, the i went to the xp cd, nothing, how do i get it back?
 
Hi Ken,

Log onto an administrator account.

Go to Start - Run and paste the following command then press enter.

%systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe

Does System Restore start?
