System Restore backs up other accounts ?

With one admin account and two limited, if I take a restore point from the
admin account will it later restore all accounts such that if a mess is
subsequently made of a limited account can I restore from the admin to fix
it. Thanks

Yes, to a point.
Personal data is not protected by System Restore.
