System Restore and SharedDocs failure

Cause is Zone Alarm 7 but why

On three machines all with XP Pro ZA 6.5 works fine but when I upgrade
to ZA 7 the SharedDocs is no longer available with a error message that
there is not enough server storage to process this command. I increased
the Lanman stack size to 15 with no difference. At the same time all
System Restore points are rendered unavailable. What would System
Restore and SharedDocs have in common?
