system restarts continuously

My computer restarts continuously and wont boot up. It
gets to the starting windows 2000 screen most times and
then shuts down and restarts.

Your infected. <<--- Bank on. (You need AVP and Firewall SOON)
And you are getting a BSOD.
First, do this
Boot into Safe Mode
Go To
Start > Settings > Control Panel > System > Advanced[tab] > Startup and
Recovery...[button] > Uncheck "Automatically reboot"
Restart, and you are going to get a BSOD
Write it down and post it.
Someone can help you with it then.
