system recovery?

after start up i get a box displaying the following information...
microsoft windows.
the system has recovered from a serious error
a log of this error has been created

( then at the bottom of the box it has two commands)

send error report or dont send

ive tried sending and the information returned is useless. its microsoft
explaining that they dont know what happened. ive also tried pressing dont
send, and i get roughly 50-60 of these boxes apearing one after the other,
its very frustrating!
please help me! i have sore fingers from pressing the dont send command!
