PC keeps rebooting

My PC keeps rebooting by itself. It loads WinXP, I sign
in and get an error box that says the system has recoved
from a serious error. I've tried various things from
here. Send the error report, not send the error report.
Shut down and boot in safe mode. Shut down and load the
last good config. Tried to disk scan (took 2 days to get
through this) and it wouldn't defrag (some error that a
file was corrupt). Dont have a clue what to do now.

Right-click on My Computer, select Properties, Advanced, Startup and
Recovery, Settings, uncheck Automatically restart. The next time your
computer halts you will see a blue screen that explains what happened. Look
for the word STOP and post back with everything from the word STOP onward.
