System Reboots

Syntax Motherboard (SV400) w/AMD Athlon XP 2400 with 1GB
of memory. With Windows 2000 Server SP4.


My system reboots often with the event ID of 6008. Have
not been able to isolate the problem. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem, it happens when you access the
server from other PC's on the lan, when you access a
share the server reboots?
