As posted before, my computer reboots itself every 15-munites or so.

Seems this only happens when I'm connected to the internet. When I unplug
my DSL cable, the problem goes away.

Does this help diagnosing my problem?

Thanks in advance,

Rob

Not much, but have you tried swapping in an different network card and
removing or disabling the existing one? It seems it only happens with the
network adapter - or USB port?

You mention a DSL cable, which I guess means you have DSL service. Do you
connect directly to the modem or through a router? USB or Ethernet?
Ethernet is stabler and simpler, meaning less software to crash.

Connecting through a router provides a number of rather desirable features
and isnt' expensive or elaborate to set up. The router logs into the DSL
modem, you don't have to run any extra drivers.

Does the modem plug into an ethernet card or NIC, or does it use USB?
If one of the first two, they may be damaged. Try a new one.
