I have got system reboot problem after I have re-installed
Window2000. It was a clean and complete install. When I
first brought up Window, lsass aborted with message
of "System shutdown in 1 minutes by NT Authority\system"
with status code 128. After the reboot, the same system
shutdown takes place. I can never get my system up.

Any suggestion? I cannot get any chance to apply any
hotfix or patch if I get booted off every time.

Sounds like you have something like the sasser worm on your machine. A
suggestion is to boot into Safe Mode and follow the steps below for a manual
removal of the sasser worm. I cannot guarantee that this is exactly what
you have, but it sounds very much like it!

Manual Removal Instructions
To remove this virus "by hand", follow these steps:

1.. Reboot the system into Safe Mode (hit the F8 key as soon as the
Starting Windows text is displayed, choose Safe Mode.
2.. Delete the file AVSERVE2.EXE from your WINDOWS directory (typically
c:\windows or c:\winnt)
3.. Edit the registry
a.. Delete the "avserve2" value from
a.. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\
Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
4.. Reboot the system into Default Mode
Here is a link also to information on Microsoft's site about this:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS04-011.mspx

You should be sure to download and install the critical updates from Windows
Update for your system, and this will help protect your system from these
types of issues.

As with the steps below, if you get the message that windows is shutting down in 60 seconds, run the command "shutdown -a" in a command window (DOS type window) - this should stop it shutting down the computer
