System Processes

When I first installed MSAS there was an option to scan my processes for
malicious content, I went to go do a scan on them recently and I cannot seem
to find this option anywhere anymore.

My first thought is that it was removed in an update, but I'd like
clarification. Is the process scan still available, and if so where do I find
it?

Part of either an intelligent quickscan, or any other scan with Microsoft
Antispyware, is a scan of running processes in memory.

There are also the system explorers, which allow you to examine some details
of startup items and running processes, and do some selective blocking which
persists for the current session only.
