System not responding.

The computer stops on that Windows XP welcome screen whenever it boots up.
I've already tried Last Known Good... but it still stops on the welcome
screen. I changed the booting order, too, and everything goes fine until it
stops at the welcome screen.

What do I do?

Hi

If you can boot into Safe Mode, try a System Restore back to a point before
the problem started.

I booted into Safe Mode, but it still won't go past the welcome screen.

Did you recently install any hardware of software before this problem
occured? You can try booting off your Windows XP CD and do a repair
installation to see if that will help.
