Hi, is there a way to change the order of operating
systems in the menu that pops up when you start your pc
if you have 2 or more installed?

Yes.

Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Startup and Recovery ->
Settings -> "Default Operating System"

Use the down arrow to select which OS you wish to be the default,
highlight, and select.

Rather than edit boot.ini you can also use MSCONFIG.EXE tool
to modify Boot.ini
